Our children and youth are VERY important to us! It is our desire to provide a safe and exciting experience for every child in this church, to learn to become better parents and role models for our kids, and to develop lasting friendships and support systems for all families. We have a wonderful children's facility! We've tried to make it a place to learn and have fun, and where they can develop trusting relationships and learn about God's love. And we have an exciting Youth Group for middle school through high school.

Our policies and procedures are intended to foster a sense of safety, and encourage learning and experience. You can click on the button to the left that says Parent Information to learn more.

Keeping our kids safe: With all of the frightening stories of abuse that have been in the news in recent years, we want to be sure that our children are safe in Sunday School. We put safeguards in place to assure their safety. These include:

- Windows in all classrooms, so activities can be seen easily by others.

- Video cameras in all rooms that record every day all day long. Recordings are retained.

- Background checks: All Resurrection staff and volunteers are required to undergo background checks and abuse prevention training. We supply this service to protect the children.
